SCCalc - Terms of Use

About these Terms
SCCalc is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your license to use the application is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless Apple or SCCalc presents a different license that applies.
These supplementary Terms cover SCCalc-specific matters, including subscriptions, support, privacy, and your use of data and analysis output.
SCCalc Full Access subscription
What you get
Full access unlocks SCCalc's data workspace, statistical analysis library, SCL automation, export workflows, tutorials, and bundled sample data.
Price and trials
SCCalc Monthly is US$4.99 per month with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. SCCalc Yearly is US$49.99 per year with a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Local prices and taxes may vary by App Store storefront.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the price disclosed when you subscribed or as otherwise permitted by Apple's rules.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Family Sharing
SCCalc Full Access does not currently offer Family Sharing.
Your data and output
Your datasets, project files, scripts, reports, and analysis output belong to you. SCCalc does not claim ownership of your research data or results.
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, confidentiality, backup, interpretation, and use of the data and outputs you create with SCCalc.
Acceptable use
Do not use SCCalc to violate law, infringe rights, bypass App Store purchase controls, compromise another system, or process data you are not authorized to use. Do not redistribute SCCalc outside Apple's authorized channels.
Disclaimers and liability
SCCalc is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and absence of data loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising from SCCalc is limited to the amount you paid for SCCalc during the most recent subscription period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
